As the owners of Freedom Building Consultants, we bring to the table over 50 years combined experience in the construction industry. Collectively, we have built over 500 homes in the Atlanta area ranging from $250,000 to over 1 million dollars. We understand the value in every home regardless of the price point which is why we approach each job with the same amount of detail every time.

Transparency

Our entire process from the initial consultation to the final walk through is completely transparent.

This includes budgets, estimates, invoices, etc. We will never increase our fee based on selections you choose to make your dream home uniquely yours. There will never be any question as to how much something costs because all estimates and invoices will be given to you, the client, directly from the sub-contractors.

Budget

At FBC we go a step further than the average builder by spending the time upfront to get actual cost estimates on everything from site excavation to shelving in the closets.

Our budgets are created from an in depth consultation where we review your plans together with you, and collaborate with you to determine your wants & expectations of the final product. We will never give you a budget based on previous builds or “price per square foot”.
